Our city is resilient. We’ve gone through hard times and we’ve gone through celebratory times. Our community always bounces back and we take care of each other. The last five years have been a rollercoaster for many of us, and the real estate market has felt those twists and turns too.

This month’s blog will focus on comparing 2020 Omaha residential real estate data to our most recent numbers.

So much can change in five years! I wonder what it will all look like in 2030. One thing is for sure, it will always be changing.
