Well, we begged for it all winter, we said, “I can’t wait for summer”, we thought of all the awesome outdoor things we would do when we would no longer be slaves to the snow and ice. Now summer is here and you probably won’t catch me outside for longer than it takes to get from the car to whatever air conditioned building I’m at.

Energy Saving Tip

You can save as much as 10% a year on heating and cooling by simply turning your thermostat back 7°-10°F for 8 hours a day from its normal setting. It takes no time at all to adjust your thermostat before and after work. 

  

Fun in the Sun

Did you know we have a stand up paddle board rental shop at Glenn Cunningham Lake? You can just rent the board or take fitness or yoga classes. Right now, the only way to enjoy the outdoors is in or around a body of water.

 

Real Estate is Hot

We’re seeing another really hot summer for real estate with same day sales, multiple offer situations, and great returns. Please consider me when referring to your friends and family. You won’t be sorry!

  • Lush grass and blooming flowers make properties look their best.

  • People will be out and about and you can get a sense of the community.

  • Moving is an easier transition when the kids are out of school.
