Realtor Referrals
Relationships drive my business.
I knew my job would be to sell homes, but I didn’t realize how significant the power of positive relationships would play into my success as a realtor.
It takes courage to meet with a realtor. We’re the people guiding you through the process of potentially the biggest purchase or sale of your life. We understand the significance of our role and take professionalism, trust, and integrity very seriously. For me, it’s also important to demonstrate kindness and sincere investment into the client’s future.
Giving home tours and signing paperwork are only a fraction of my job duties; I invest a significant amount of time in building relationships with my clients and my community. I do things a little differently in order to establish a reputation of being one of the best realtors in Omaha. My Buyers Consult and Seller Consult meetings introduce people to my style. They’ll experience a fast-paced and well-informed coaching session in order to start the process feeling confident. My goal is for all people that work with me to feel seen and celebrated. I host client parties and gatherings to stay in touch with people. I send cards, deliver gifts, and grab coffee with former clients turned friends. Being a realtor isn’t just about a transaction.
My clients aren’t the only relationships that require deep dedication. My co-workers at BHG, other Omaha-area realtors, Loan Officers and Title Companies also require authentic communication and care. We support each other by referring business and vouching for their excellence. While we live in a big city, aspects of the real estate world can feel very small. It’s crucial to find great people and work with only the best in order for my clients to have the type of experience I’m dedicated to giving them.
According to data from the National Association of Realtors, “buyers are most likely to find their real estate agent they used to buy a home through a referral.” Many of my clients have come from past clients who shared their positive experience - for that I am grateful!
People love to share sources. We ask our friends where they got that delicious cookie recipe. We ask our parents who they used to pave their driveway. We’re influenced every day by things we see online. Why would we do anything different when we’re looking to make a big life decision? People like to gather their options and get some insight on who may be the right fit for them.
In my business, referrals help me make a larger impact on educating people about the ins and outs of homeownership. When someone sends me a friend or family member looking for a new home, it normally means we can jump into action quickly because there’s a base-level trust built.
People have found me from web searches, social media, business cards and other marketing material - all of which are good! But personal referrals strengthen my network within the Omaha community, allowing for a truly tailor-made experience for each unique situation.
