Get Educated with Sarah
Over the years I’ve come to realize how important communication and education are in this process. That’s why I’ve introduced buyer and seller consultations. I like to arrange a short, hour-long meeting to discuss the home buying and selling process. This way, my clients are a step ahead of the competition, we’ve opened up the lines of communication, and everyone knows what’s ahead. Email or call to set up a consultation.

Local Real Estate in 2018
-Home prices are expected to rise another 3.2%. A slower rise than we saw in 2017, but we’ll take it!
-Mortgage rates are expected to continue their very slow climb and stay within the 4-5% range, which is still extremely low, historically speaking.
-Existing home sales are forecasted to rise 2.5% as the trend in low inventory begins to reverse course.
A Little About Benson’s History
Have you ever been to the bar named Krug Park, in Benson? That name is part of its history! Krug Park was actually an amusement park located in Benson. In 1930 the park was the site of the worst roller coaster accident in the country to that year, and in 1940 it was closed. Today Gallagher Park is located on the original Krug Park site.
