10 Weeks and 10 Homes

How long should this whole process take? -It’s a question I get asked a lot. Starting the home buying process can be daunting and it’s important to know what you’re committing to. The average buyer will typically search for 10 weeks and see an average of about 10 homes. That being said, your real estate agent should respect that every buyer and every situation is different.

  

A Little About Dundee’s History

In April 1945 a Japanese fire balloon exploded over Dundee. The incident was part of a large World War II campaign by the Japanese military to cause mass chaos in American cities. However, the story was suppressed by the American military until after the war was over. Nobody was hurt in the explosion.
