December is finally upon us!

December is finally upon us!

It feels like this year has truly flown by, or is that every year? The market certainly kept me on my toes; after ten years in the business, I have never seen the market drive prices up as they did in 2021. Cheers to all on the equity gain! Although the market had its challenges, I quickly learned how to adapt to the change, which proved to pay off by closing the year out with over 20 million in sales volume.

Being a great realtor means more than paperwork, putting a sign in the yard, and setting up appointments. For me, it means taking a client-first approach to everything I do. Bringing the best experience, knowledge, and expertise to help make the very best decisions about one of your greatest financial assets - your home.

I hope you are enjoying my newsletters as I look forward to featuring 12 new businesses in 2022! Share your stories, I would love to hear about your wins, remodels, community events, etc. Happy Holidays and New Year from my family to yours!

Flowers brighten up your home but also your mood!

Here are some clever ways to use flowers in your home year-round.

Make Flowers A Work Of Art: Using flowers to create art is a unique way of displaying them. Arrange potted flowers on mounted wooden boxes or encasing them in a glass cloche, à la Beauty and The Beast. Try adding pressed flowers in frames or a dried arrangement.

Add Height: Using hanging pots, wall baskets, and shelves can add a clever element to your home decor. It also helps if you don’t have much space – you can plant up rather than out.

Use Your Space: Making the most of the space you do have is one way to bring flowers into your home: using small potted flowers or succulents as bookends, creating a pegboard to which you can mount a wall basket, or even just building a flower shelf unit are all easy ways to introduce flowers.
